The westwood circle tutu has 2 beautiful layers of black tulle over an a-line skirt featuring our westwood check. The result is spectacular especially when worn back with our westwood audrey tee.  The circle tutu is a very clever cut skirt. It has 2 outer layers of tulle to give us the effect of a ballet tutu but without the bulk around the waist. The lining is basically an a-line skirt so it feels very streamline and allows us to wear tops over and not tucked in for a drop waisted effect. The waistband features small side elastic that just keeps the waistband fitting the waist perfectly.
